Embracing Change and Growth

Change is the only constant in life, and every long journey begins with a single step. Although the Connect project started with a small core group, it is poised to expand across various areas, people, businesses, and more. The "What Next" Factor embodies the power of vision, driving the growth and impact of the Connect community.

Overview of Our Platforms and Sub-Committees

AUDSS-Connect operates across 11 distinct platforms and various sub-committees, each serving a unique purpose within our community:

1. AUDSS-Connect (The General House - GH): This is our main platform for general discussions and socializing. It serves as the base for interaction among members and currently has 94 participants.

2. A.U.D.S.S. EXCO: This platform is where the Executive Committee meets to deliberate on issues before implementation. It consists of 20 members who also belong to various Adhoc Sub-Committees, including Finance, Planning & Organizing, Welfare, and the Operational Hub.

3. DIRECTORY AUDSS 91: This platform is dedicated solely to maintaining our directory. It is important to avoid posting unrelated content here to ensure ease of navigation when accessing personal information. We encourage all members to keep their contact information up to date.

4. BUSINESS PARTNER CONNECT: Currently, this platform has 5 members and is open only to contributors. These members provide funding for projects after assessing their viability, and the platform has been highly successful. Mr. Michael I. Udu serves as CEO, with Alhaji I. Haruna as the Image Maker. We are proud of the excellent work being done by this team.

5. TRUSTEE AUDSSCONNECT: This group comprises 8 members who act as trustees on behalf of our Limited Liability Company, which is currently in the process of incorporation.

6. BUSINESS PLANNING GROUP (BP Group): This platform is where we collaborate on business concepts. It is headed by our Financial Analyst, Nelson Eguavon, who conducts SWOT analyses for all projects. Our Project Manager, Architect Kenneth Ozigbo, oversees the execution of these projects.

7. THRIFT CONNECT: This project has been very popular, with many members benefiting from it. We are currently in the 10th round. Our Chief Financial Analyst has introduced new packages to enhance the program. We encourage members to participate in raising funds through Ajo (thrift savings) to meet their needs and support projects.

8. HAULAGE EXPLORATION: This platform is for members interested in the haulage business.

9. CODED: This is the central operational hub of the entire Connect structure, working around the clock to keep everything running smoothly.

10. CONNECT QUEEN: This forum is exclusively for the women of Connect, providing a space for uninterrupted discussions on topics specific to their interests. It fosters camaraderie and strengthens bonds among the women in our community.

11. SHOP CONNECT: This forum allows members to advertise their products and services. It facilitates transactions and sales at discounted rates and helps members with businesses expand their customer base.

AD-HOC COMMITTEES FORUMS

These are specialized committees formed to focus on specific areas and facilitate in-depth discussions. For example, the EXCO has sub-committees for Welfare, Planning & Organizing, Finance, and Protocol. The Planning & Organizing committee further includes forums like Card Content, Card Printing, and Fundraising.
