Nelson Eguavon
Operational Team Executive
Nelson Eguavon is a native of Edo State born and raised in Lagos Nigeria. He presently leaves in Birmingham Alabama USA and he is married with three beautiful daughters. Nelson presently works for the world largest food distributor (Sysco Foods) as a Director of Operations. Nelson began his academic journey at Rabiatu Crescent Primary school. He later attended Ansar Ud Deen Secondary, the University of Benin (shortly) studying Economics & Statistics before relocating to the United States to study Computer Science at the Georgia State University Atlanta Georgia, He obtained his Master of Business Administration and Management (M.B.A) degree at the University of Phoenix USA, and he is presently working on obtaining a Doctor of Business Administration & Organizational Leadership degree at the Walden University. Nelson attended the Aveta Business Institute USA where he obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, he obtained his Project management certification at the Western Michigan University USA. He has extensive experience in food and retail distribution and logistics, manufacturing, and consulting. He is known for his extensive experience in leading, motivating, and aligning people and processes to deliver continuous business results. Nelson has worked as an adjunct professor in the school of business and operational management. A career path he plans to explore for his retirement. In his leisure time, Nelson spends time with his family and enjoys watching the soccer games.
Olugbenga Efe Okiri
Operational Team Executive
Olugbenga Efe Ukiri is a native of Effurun in uvwie Local Government of Delta State. He was born in the then prestigious Island Maternity Hospital Broad Street Lagos and was raised in surulere on the mainland. He attended Santa Maria Private schools in Adamu Orisa st of Adeniran Ogunsanya for his nursery education and later went on to Santa Maria Private school for the first two years of his primary education and later switched to Rabiatu Thompson Primary school for the rest of his primary education due to the policy of the Lagos state government than not to admit into secondary schools students from private schools.
He later went on to Ansar Ud Deen secondary school, 73 Randle Avenue, Surulere for his secondary education. It was in secondary school he made friends with a lot of people he still calls brothers and sisters till date.
He attended school of Dentistry, College of Medicine of the University of Benin, Ugbowo, Benin city, Edo
State for his undergraduate studies in Dental Surgery. His foray into Dentistry was born out of curiosity and his love for everything related to biology.
After graduating with a degree in dental surgery in 2000, Olugbenga proceeded to the Lagos dental Centre for his one-year compulsory internship program gaining experience and skills in all departments of Dentistry and that was from where he picked interest in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry.
His one-year compulsory service to his fatherland through the National Youth Service Commission was done in Borno state at the department of Dental Surgery of the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital. Here he earned skills in accident and emergency unit sub division oral and maxillofacial surgery where he was able to attend and give first aid to accident victims with maxillofacial injuries.
On completion of NYSC in Borno, Dr. Ukiri returned to Lagos and worked with various private dental practices as an associate dental surgeon.
In the year 2009, Olugbenga decided to have a break from clinical Dentistry due to his adventurous nature. He, therefore, proceeded for postgraduate studies in public health at the school of health of the University of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
He returned to Nigeria in 2011 and quickly got a place as an associate dental surgeon to jump start a dental practice for a professor of Dentistry, this he did successfully.
By the year 2013, he decided to go solo and that gave birth to Blissfield Dental Clinic located in Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.
He has thus nurtured Blissfield Dental Clinic de novo into what it is today.
Dr. Olugbenga Efe Ukiri is happily married and resides on the mainland of Lagos.
He is interested in swimming, reading, current affairs and he is very adventurous.
He is a Christian and proudly a Nigerian.
Pastor Collins Ekpenyong
Operational Team Executive
Collins was born and breath in Surulere, Lagos State. He had both his primary (Moslem Primary School) and secondary school (Answer Ud Deen Secondary School Randle Avenu in Surulere) school education. He started working a few years after secondary school in L.A.Adeniji & Co. As Litigation Officer and later rose to become the Firm Administrative Manager a position he held till he went into Partnership to establish Oyebanji, Olatunji & Company.
In 2002 he switched to the Telecom industry where he was the senior sales manager for Integrated Wireless Company and from there to Modem Telecoms owners of Hyperia internet Backbone. And from there worked as Director of Marketing Beijing Holley-Cotec Pharmaceuticals Co.Ltd. At the moment he runs his own company which specializes in providing and installing Chillers.
He is also An Area Pastor with The Redeemed Christian Church of God. A branch of the Apapa Family, Collins is married to Chikaodily Patience Ekpenyong and together they have five daughters and he leaves in Lagos Nigeria.
Michael Udu

Michael Udu was born and raised in Lagos Nigeria. He is a native of Ogwashi Delta state, and he is the second of six children. Michael is married with three children. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, watching the soccer games and spending time with his family. Michael began his academic journey by attending Muslim Primary School, then Ansar Ud Deen Secondary School, and Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied Economics. Michael worked as an accountant for several companies, and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a CPP membership. Michael presently works as a Corporate Security Manager at Julius Berger PLC.
Omolabake Oshundun
Financial Committee Leader
Omolabake was born in Owo local government, Ondo state, Nigeria. She moved to Lagos state in 1980 at the age of 7 to stay with a maternal aunt. She is the Fifth of seven children from the maternal side. Labake is married to a Nigerian man, with three children. She attended Shitta primary School and went further to Ansar-Ud-Deen secondary School both at Surulere, in Lagos State. She later studied Business Administration and Management both the OND and the HND at the then Ondo State Polytechnic Owo. Omolabake served the country in Yobe State, Nigeria, before finally relocating to Norway, where she lives presently. Labake went further to study the Norwegian language and later studied nursing to become a licensed and professional nurse, currently working in one of the hospitals in the Capital city of Oslo Norway.
Omowunmi Thomas

Omowunmi is a member of the AUDSS-Connect group. She lives in United Kingdon and she is the leader of Welfare committee. Omowunmi’s exceptional leadership qualities have added value to the group and we are proud to have her on the executive committee.
Emmanuel Ikhana

Emmanuel Ikhana was born and raised in Lagos State. Emmanuel is married with three children. He presently leaves in the North Chicago Suburb known as Evanston Illinois USA. Emmanuel held several leadership roles in IT and marketing operations. He began his academic in Rabiatu Crescent Primary, Ansar Ud Deen Secondary School (for 2yrs), St Friembers Secondary school, and Ahmadu Bello University where he read Economic Education.
